Customer Service Representative (CSR) Executive

 Description

  1.  Day to day follow up with conducting customer visits as needed to understand customer needs, queries and requirement and respond accordingly.
  2.  Analyze tender documentation including products, services, quantities, delivery deadlines, terms and conditions.
  3.  Follow up logistics, shipments & clearance and receiving goods and delivery process.
  4.  Oversee the transportation of goods from Warehouses to the costomer.
  5.  Tracking of stock positions in our customers and analyze expiry conditions.
  6.  Maintain files and Documentation.
  7.  Coordinate with other department for adaquate respondse for all customer quiries and demands.
  8.  Understand the tender timeline and develops a schedule plan to meet the relevant milestones on time.
  9.  Updating, Maintaining & Keeping track of the payment status of the invoices.
  10.  Contribute to customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis.
  11.  Have good relations with key persons to control decision making inside accounts.

 

Requirements

  1.  Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
  2.  Excellent written and verbal English Communication skills.
  3. Experience in the daily use of MS Office, as well as knowledge in the use of CRM, ERP systems.
  4. Accountable to perform tasks on-time and with accuracy with ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  5. Strong team players with ability to work independently and in a team should be able to compared client requirement.
  6. Strong working knowledge and experience of pharma business in Oman.
  7. Residence in Oman and has valid Omani driving License.
  8. Able to represent a company with professionalism and confidence.
